Pineapple, Banana Coconut Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop Brain Retain 1/2 cup Fresh pineapple 1 Ripe banana 1/4 tsp Coconut extract 2 cups Vanilla-flavored almond drink 4-6 ice cubes Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.
Raspberry Peach Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop Brain Retain 10 oz Frozen raspberries (thawed) or Fresh raspberries 1 cup Canned peach nectar 1/2 cup Buttermilk 1 Tbsp Honey Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender beginning with 1/4 cup of liquid adding more for taste and how thick you want the smoothie.
Apple Honey Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop Brain Retain 1 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt 8 ounces Apple juice Frozen fresh fruit 1 Tbsp Honey Crushed ice Directions: Remove frozen fruit from freezer and place in blender. Add other ingredients to blender. Pour in yogurt. Blend until smooth.
Banana Strawberry Peach Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop Brain Retain 1 Banana 1 cup Strawberries 1 cup Peaches 1 cup Orange juice or pineapple juice 1 Tbsp Honey 1 cup Ice – crushed Directions: Add fruit, juice, BrainRetain and honey in a blender. Stir in ice. Blend on high until smooth.

Life5 Bars
2 cups Organic Peanut Butter
1 3/4 cups Organic Honey
3 cups Oats
2 1/4 cups Starrwalker Life5 Chocolate
Heat peanut butter and honey just until well blended.
Let cool to luke warm temperature.
Mix in oats and Life5.
Pour into 9 X 13 pan.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to cool.
Cut into squares.
Serve Enjoy.
Blueberry Blackberry Apple Raspberry Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop BrainRetain 1/4 cup Blueberries 1/4 cup Blackberries 1 Banana 1/2 cup Apple juice 1/3 cup Raspberry sorbet Directions: Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until consistency is reached.
Low Fat Peach Melon Strawberry Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop BrainRetain 1 cup Peach fat-free yogurt, frozen 1 cup Skim milk 1/2 cup Cantaloupe 1/2 cup Honeydew melon 1/2 cup Strawberries (or substitute with watermelon) Directions: Put yogurt, milk, and strawberries into blender. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds. Then add in cantaloupe, melon, and ice. Blend once again on high for 1 minute.

Papaya Citrus Vanilla Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
1 scoop BrainRetain 2 Ripe papayas 1/2 cup Orange juice or pineapple juice 1/2 cup Low fat vanilla frozen yogurt Directions: Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Mango Banana Citrus Brain Retain Fruit Smoothie
