SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

· Orders at least $75.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping!

· Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have a surcharge added to the free shipping. If order does not qualify for free shipping, order will be processed the most economical way for customer.

Standard Shipping:

· Ground Advantage via USPS is Standard shipping. Priority Mail is an upcharge and will need to be requested at the time the order is placed. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered. UPS will be used when it is more economical or time efficient than USPS.

· Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day.

· At The 3rd Opinion Inc,, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. They will be shipped and billed when the item is back in stock.

· The 3rd Opinion Inc. does ship to PO, APO, FPO, and DPO at this time. However, it may require a surcharge of which the customer will be notified prior to shipping and payment.

· The 3rd Opinion Inc., Inc. does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
